Dr Teck is an independent company run by a PC and gaming enthusiast who was first introduced into the world of PCs and gaming by his brother when he was 10 years old. He started by learning how to run games using just a few lines of code and a floppy disk and slowly built his way up to designing amateur websites and building PCs. He built his first PC on his 14th birthday when his brother bought him the parts for his birthday and helped him put it together. Since then he's been fixated on gaming and building computers going on to build several computers for his friends and family and even setting up a Windows Home Server in his family home. Recently he's been getting into repairing different laptops and small form factor PCs due to a higher demand due to COVID. He is an amateur software and hardware repairer and will take on any issues relating to problems with either. 

No problem is too big for Dr Teck and there is a solution for everything. If you want someone who has a genuine interest in PCs, Laptops and problem solving then you've come to the right place.

I will only ever charge a fixed percentage of the overall build of the computer and I offer a free estimation of repairs before I charge you a single penny. I will ensure that parts are delivered quickly and turnaround time is kept low to prevent you from being AFK for too long.

Friendly support

Being honest is one of the most important parts of my business. I will offer full transparency and if I can't be there physically then I'll offer my support using Skype, Zoom, Facetime or Whatsapp Video Calling to ensure your system gets back up to 100%

In the future I will also offer assistance via Augmented Reality (Software and Hardware dependent)

I will offer free advice and technical support to those who build a computer using his services for up to 3 months after building to ensure that your PC works as expected. This includes returning and refitting faulty or broken parts that are covered under manufacturer warranty (Ts & Cs apply)
